What we collect

• Questionnaire answers. What you tell us about your brand, products, prices, current stockists, goals, and preferences.
• Brand assets. Product photos, line sheets, price lists, logos, and any documents you send us so that we can describe your products accurately.
• Emails. The emails you exchange with us, including approvals, corrections, and feedback.
• Outreach records. When we run outreach for you: the stores we write to, the emails sent from your address, the replies, the bounces, and the opt outs.
• Website logs. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We run no analytics scripts, no tracking pixels, and no advertising cookies, and the site sets no cookies of its own.

How we use it

• To write our assessment of your brand and choose stores for you.
• To write, send from your own address after your approval, and follow up on outreach emails.
• To forward replies to you and to write your weekly and monthly reports.
• To keep a do not contact record, so that a store that opts out is never written to again on behalf of any brand.
• To improve the service. Any results we publish or share are anonymized and used only with your permission.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or trade your information or your store contacts to anyone.
• We never use your sending address for anything other than the wholesale outreach you approved.
• We never share your brand assets or questionnaire answers with other clients.
• We do not share your information with third parties beyond the service providers needed to run the service, such as hosting and email address verification, and then only what they need.

Your contact list is yours

The stores we contact for you, the conversations, and the replies belong to you. You can ask for a CSV export at any time. If you stop the service, we send you everything within two business days. Our scorecard, our research method, and our own store library stay ours.

Information about stores

We research independent retailers using information they have made public: their website, their business listing, their public social media profiles, and local press. Every store receives at most three emails from us on behalf of any one brand, and a reply ends the sequence.

If you run a store and would rather not hear from us, reply to any email or write to storeknockofficial@gmail.com. We honor that permanently, for every brand we work with. You can also ask what information we hold about your store, and we will tell you.

Deletion on request

Email storeknockofficial@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. We delete your questionnaire answers, brand assets, emails, and outreach records, and confirm by email when it is done. We keep only what we are legally required to keep, such as billing records, and the opt out addresses that stop us writing to a store again.

Personal pages

Pages under storeknock.com/for/ are written for one brand each and are not indexed by search engines. They contain public information about stores and our analysis of the brand they are addressed to. If you received a link to one of these pages and would rather we take it down, reply and we will.
